This is just what we needed. Yesterday we left this:
and arrived in Hubby’s home country today, where this:
is the view from our hotel room. Baby girl was a rock star the whole trip. So far she’s met Hubby’s brother and dad, who is thin but was able to hold baby girl on his lap and let her chew on his fingers. Later this week she’ll meet her cousins, aunt, and Hubby’s uncle, who has repeatedly said he’s never invested so little (the money he gave us for IVF–which was no small amount) and gotten so much. I love my in-laws!
How wonderful! Hope the whole trip is filled with these moments.
WOW, nice trade off! Hope you have a great trip!
Wow! Awesome! “He has never invested so little and gotten so much.” This brought tears to my eyes, because it’s so very very true. Have fun!
Wow, I wish there were palm tree lined beaches where we’re going! Sadly, there’ll be ice-lined beaches instead. Glad the trip was uneventful and you guys are having a great time so far!
What a lovely view! Enjoy the holiday. It sounds like it’s off to a wonderful start… and what an incredible bunch of in-laws you have!
Gorgeous. Is that where I think it is?
When I scrolled down, the white balloon traveled over the winter scene š
Yes, it probably is where you think it is. š
I just checked to see if you answered this. It totally is!!! So funny that I could name that sea in one glance. I miss it there.
That’s what it looks like here this morning, the snow that is. I love it, so long as it isn’t icy. Although I wouldn’t mind your second picture too. š Enjoy!!!
